  First the positive, I have never run into anyone who works here that was not friendly and helpful. With that said, I have never been here when they are not slammed with customers. But none of them know how to clean. Floors are filthy, bathrooms are rarely clean, check for TP before sitting down, and there might be soap and towels if you are lucky. My shower had not been cleaned. How do I know? Change in the floor, someone's dirty TP in the toilet and it had not been cleaned, that was very obvious! Someone's used soap in the shower. I have spoken to the manager about this situation and he assured me he would take corrective action. By my review you can only assume, he has not gotten around to it yet. I did go back in early in the morning and found the floors had not been cleaned, there was some toilet paper, but not in all the stalls and the toilets had not been cleaned.
